MY STORY

Running in the flow of the ever-essence

Exploring the possibility that energy exists in the air through running

Shortly before running my first marathon, I did a 4 hour run in the mountains with some friends. I didn't take any food or water, and I felt great.

Shortly thereafter I ran the one of the hardest marathon's in the country at the time, the Black Mountain Marathon and finished 3rd, with only taking 1 GU and 4 ounces of water.

The page and story speaks to the possibility that there in energy that is attainable through the body in the way of air and light.

This of course is only theory, but in exploring it, I hope to open the human mind to it. If this can be done, as a species we could move into the possibility of consuming less and becoming less dependent on denser nutrition forms.

As we do, we would reduce our impact on our environment, and our natural resources. As we reduce our impact, eco-systems have the capacity to restore, and poverty + malnourishment reduced due to the increased resources available to all.

This is my story
